At ABC Cork Co., we take pride in delivering quality products to our wholesale partners. To maintain fairness and efficiency in handling returns, please review the following policy carefully. All return requests are subject to strict compliance with the terms outlined below.
📅 Return Notification & Eligibility

Customers must report any order issues within 7 days of receiving their shipment.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30-day window.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, yeast, flowers)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will be declined and are ineligible for online store credit.
For returns related to quality issues, you must provide:

A written explanation of the issue

Photographic evidence of the product
💰 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 35% will be applied to returned items.
💳 Online Store Credit Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Approved returns will be processed as Online store credit only and applied to your account for future purchases.

Shipping fees and taxes are strictly non-creditable.

Partial store credit may be granted under specific circumstances, such as:

Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Returns received after the 30-day period (subject to approval)

🔄 Credit Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue an acknowledgment via email.

Online Store credit will be applied to your account, subject to standard processing times.
If you haven’t received your credit after confirmation, please verify your account and contact our customer service team at orderdesk@abccorkco.com
❌ Final Sale Items

Sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.
🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.

If an item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days at orderdesk@abccorkco.com or by assistance.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the store credit.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
💵 Returned Checks & Missed Payments

A $50 fee applies to each returned check (electronic or paper).

Only two returned checks are permitted; further infractions will result in account restrictions.

A late fee of 10% of the outstanding amount or $250 (whichever is less) will be applied.

Returned checks may result in collection actions or account holds.
